Business Development Executive (Fast Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with experience in generating business via Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online bidding, proposal writing, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in the digital services domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Generate new business through bidding on Upwork and submitting proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and provide appropriate proposals.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Negotiate project terms and pricing with clients to close deals.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and projects, keeping track of communication and project statuses.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to optimize bidding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development via Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the bidding process and proposal writing.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids/projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing (preferred).
