As part of our growing recruitment services team, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive to help drive client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead sourcing, and professional networking
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects needing recruitment and staffing solutions
- Promote and present Kaya Systems’ recruitment services through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Develop strong relationships with HR managers, hiring authorities, and key decision-makers
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc., to gather leads and market insights
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in a recruitment agency or staffing industry is required
- Strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and B2B sales
- Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into long-term clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
