Join Our Team as a Business Development Executive (Upwork)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Write compelling bids and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients to understand project scope and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare accurate project estimates and quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential service opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipelines and maintain performance reports.
  • Lead negotiations, participate in pricing discussions, and ensure timely project closing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a BDE (preferably on Upwork).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in client communication, proposal writing, and online bidding.
  • Understanding of the gaming industry will be a strong plus.
