Business Development Executives – Heavy Machinery (Pile Machines)

Role Description

  • The Business Development Executives is responsible for leading the sales and business development efforts related to heavy machinery equipment, specifically focusing on pile machines. The role involves generating new business, managing client accounts, and expanding market presence in the foundation and infrastructure sectors.

Industry: Infrastructure / Construction/Pile Machinery/Telecommunication/

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the sales and rental operations of pile machines.
  • Identify potential clients in the construction, infrastructure, and foundation sectors across the UAE and GCC region.
  • Promote pile machines (rotary rigs, hydraulic hammers, CFA rigs, etc.) for rental or direct sale.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits and technical consultations to understand client requirements and propose suitable equipment solutions.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, tender documents, and rental/sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, mobilization, and servicing of machinery.
  • Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the company and promote product offerings.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and provide regular market intelligence reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales in heavy equipment, preferably with a focus on piling machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of piling machines and ground engineering equipment.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.

  • Incentives: Performance-based bonus paid monthly or quarterly depending on achievement of targets
