Responsibilities
- Acquire new business opportunities through multiple channels, including Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
- Identify and bid on high-quality projects aligned with company expertise.
- Draft well-structured, customized proposals tailored to each client’s requirements.
- Handle project estimation, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and successful deal closure.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, communicate them effectively with the internal team, and ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Maintain top ratings and credibility across freelancing platforms.
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate strong experience in working with US, UK, Canada, and Australia-based clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for B2B business development.
- Assess client mindset, requirements, and pain points to design effective solutions.
- Develop and implement impactful marketing and sales strategies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, performance analysis, and forecasts.
- Actively identify and target new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and freelance platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
