Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion strategies

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and cultivate potential clients, investors, and partners in the real estate sector.

· Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions to meet investment goals.

· Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities.

· Provide insights to support strategic planning and product development.

· Develop business development plans in alignment with company goals.

· Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for high-value projects.

· Collaborate with brokers, agents, developers, and institutional investors.

· Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

· Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, legal frameworks, and property trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Network of contacts in the real estate, finance, and investment communities.
  • High level of professionalism and presentation skills.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives/commissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
