Business Development Manager

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to meet/exceed revenue goals, covering air, sea, and road freight.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, prospect, network, and generate leads.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, quotes, and negotiate rates with clients and carriers.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
  • Reporting: Track performance, report results, and provide forecasts to management.
  • Collaboration: Work with operations for smooth service delivery and problem resolution.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, CRM knowledge, and understanding of international shipping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
