Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, pitching products/services, handling queries, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Present and promote company products/services over the phone.
  • Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM or designated tools.
  • Handle customer objections and work towards conversion.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate
  • Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service is preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English , Hindi & Punjabi
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ski

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
