Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Looking for sales/ business development professionals with 2-6yrs of experience, preferably with cosmetic products. Candidates should have a good knowledge of B2B sales/ marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Positive attitude - confident/ self-motivated
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills: English/ Hindi
3. Must be computer/ internet savvy
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Good Analytics/ Sale Aptitude
6. Handing over the Sales team with qualified leads to attaining closure targets.
7. Manage/train a team of Business Development Executives
8. Suggesting & implementing new lead generation methods
9. Following-up on leads
10. Must have good negotiation skills.
11. Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
12. Ability to work under pressure.

Skills & Qualifications:

· 1. Should have experience in the B2B lead generation

· 2. Should have Selling experience of Products/ Services

· 3. Responsible for making sales strategies, business proposals & presentations.

· 4. Strong Communication, Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.

· 5. Must be proficient with MS-Office and lead tracking tools

· 6. Proven track record of sale success

· 7. Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B sales will be preferred

· 8. M.B.A or Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing required with 1-5 years of experience in Direct Sales/ Business Development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
