Job Title : Business Development Manager – Furniture Manufacturing

Job Responsibility

  • Market Research and Analysis: Market Assessment: Conducting market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and emerging retail trends
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyzing competitors' strategies, pricing, and offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage
  • Consumer Insights: Gathering and interpreting consumer data and feedback to understand customer preferences and buying behaviors
  • Business Strategy: Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior management to develop a retail business development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Goal Setting: Establishing sales targets, growth metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Lead Identification: Identifying potential retail clients, partners, and sales opportunities through research, networking, and industry events
  • Prospecting: Initiating contact with potential clients or partners to explore business opportunities, present the organization's products or services, and establish relationships
  • Relationship Building: Client Engagement: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing retail clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences
  • Partnerships: Forming strategic partnerships and alliances with other retail organizations, suppliers, or service providers
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Sales Strategies: Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, such as upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product lines
  • Negotiations: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new retail partnerships or agreements
  • Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities
  • Product or Service Development: Product Feedback: Gathering customer and market feedback to guide product or service development and improvements
  • Innovation: Exploring innovative retail concepts, technologies, and trends to stay competitive and relevant

Target Industry: Bathroom Fittings, Tiles, Sanitary ware, furnishings, plywood, laminates

Mandatory : Minimum 4 years of experience in generating business from Interior designing/ Architecture

Job Location: bengaluru

Working Days: 6 days

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
