Job Responsibility
- Market Research and Analysis: Market Assessment: Conducting market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and emerging retail trends
- Competitive Analysis: Analyzing competitors' strategies, pricing, and offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage
- Consumer Insights: Gathering and interpreting consumer data and feedback to understand customer preferences and buying behaviors
- Business Strategy: Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior management to develop a retail business development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Goal Setting: Establishing sales targets, growth metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Lead Identification: Identifying potential retail clients, partners, and sales opportunities through research, networking, and industry events
- Prospecting: Initiating contact with potential clients or partners to explore business opportunities, present the organization's products or services, and establish relationships
- Relationship Building: Client Engagement: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing retail clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences
- Partnerships: Forming strategic partnerships and alliances with other retail organizations, suppliers, or service providers
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Sales Strategies: Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, such as upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product lines
- Negotiations: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new retail partnerships or agreements
- Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities
- Product or Service Development: Product Feedback: Gathering customer and market feedback to guide product or service development and improvements
- Innovation: Exploring innovative retail concepts, technologies, and trends to stay competitive and relevant

Mandatory : Minimum 4 years of experience in generating business from Interior designing/ Architecture
