Job Title: Business Development Manager – Kitchen Appliances

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and expand our market presence in the Kitchen Appliances industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through B2B, retail, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, dealers, and distributors in targeted markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and channel partners.
  • Ensure effective brand visibility and product placement across sales channels.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports for management.
  • Provide insights on product demand, customer feedback, and market requirements.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the kitchen appliances, home appliances, or consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong network of distributors and dealers in the relevant market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings and market visits.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in launching and promoting new appliance product lines.
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising and channel sales management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
