Business Development Manager – Private Sales

a. Reporting To: Head of Sales

b. Education:

i. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

c. Experience:

i. 4-6 years of experience in Automotive / Technical / Health sector private sales and business development, preferably in B2B, projects, or solution-based selling.

ii. Strong exposure to key accounts management, channel partners, and corporate clients.

iii. Proven ability to drive revenue growth, develop new markets, and close high-value deals.

d. Key Skills & Competencies:

i. Strategic sales planning and forecasting

ii. Client acquisition and relationship management

iii. Negotiation, presentation, and proposal development

iv. Market intelligence and competitive analysis
