Business Development Officer

Our marketing company is looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Officer to help us expand our client base and unlock new opportunities. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn conversations into contracts, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and leads
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
• Pitch our marketing services with confidence and clarity
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to align client needs with agency solutions
• Track performance, generate reports, and continuously refine outreach strategies
• Attend industry events, virtual meetings, and networking sessions

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the marketing or digital space)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in presenting services and handling objections
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Understanding of marketing, branding, or digital trends is a big plus

Nice to Have:

• Existing network of business contacts
• Familiarity with CRMs, lead generation tools, or proposal writing
• Background in client-facing roles within creative agencies

This is a full-time office based position. Compensation includes a base rate and performance-based incentives.
Salary : Rs 40,000 to 45,000 PKR
