We specialize in medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare IT, and billing software solutions designed to optimize operations and maximize client revenue.

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Officer (BDO) with a proven track record of developing business in the U.S. market within the IT and Healthcare Billing Software industry. The ideal candidate will be strategic, results-driven, and capable of closing high-value B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand business opportunities in the U.S. healthcare IT and billing market.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads through research, networking, and professional outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S.-based clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Present and pitch E-Med’s healthcare billing and IT software solutions effectively to C-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies for revenue growth.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline and reporting structure through CRM and analytics tools.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Development professional in the U.S. market.
  • Strong background in IT and Healthcare / Medical Billing Software industries.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, international client acquisition, and deal closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with fluency in English.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, sales, and lead generation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of the U.S. healthcare and technology business landscape.
  • Ability to work on-site during U.S. EST night shift hours.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and driven by performance results.
