Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer (BDO) or Freelance Bidder to help us expand our client base and win exciting projects.

As a BDO or Freelance Bidder, you will be pivotal in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and managing the entire bidding process on various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in the web development, mobile app development, and SEO sectors. Build relationships with potential clients and help drive revenue growth.
- Bid Management: Actively participate in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer for web development, mobile application, and SEO projects.
- Client Communication: Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and prepare winning proposals.
- Sales Strategies: Develop strategies to acquire new clients both locally and internationally, including leveraging freelancing platforms to position Techclick as a market leader.
- Project Coordination: Follow up on bids, assist with client negotiations, and ensure that projects are managed and delivered on time. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and potential client needs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on your bidding activities, win rates, and overall performance to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or direct business development in web development, mobile app development, or SEO services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close deals with clients and maintain positive relationships.
- Sales & Marketing: Experience with crafting persuasive pitches and proposals that meet client needs and convert leads into clients.
- Customer Relations: Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using freelancing platforms and project management tools like Trello, Slack, or similar.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple bids and client inquiries while maintaining high productivity.
- Knowledge of Services: Understanding of web development, mobile app development, and SEO services, and the ability to communicate these effectively to clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a tech-related field such as web development, mobile app development, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with proposal writing tools or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content writing, and web/mobile technologies.
Salary:
PKR 80,000 - 90,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
