Business Development & Operational Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and scouting to identify feasible sites for company business expansion, ensuring alignment with our brand and business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our company, and landlords to negotiate lease terms and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with shopping mall management teams to ensure compliance with operational standards and enhance our presence within their retail environments.
  • Responsible for managing the operating cost and resources and provide forecast and budgeting for the opening of new outlet.
  • Manage the renovation process for outlets, coordinating with contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze outlets performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to top management for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional campaigns and product launches are executed effectively.
  • Ensure all company activities comply with applicable local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in Pakistan.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Retail management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial level experiences in sales background, preferably in retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact with customer, staffs and senior management.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
