About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with email automation tools (n8n, Apollo.io), and a proven ability to generate and convert leads in the IT and digital services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute outreach campaigns using Apollo.io, n8n, and email marketing platforms.

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and digital services sector.

- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.

- Present company services and solutions effectively to potential clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and development) to align strategies.

- Maintain and update lead records and pipelines in CRM tools.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.

- Strong English communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).

- Experience with n8n automation, Apollo.io, and email marketing tools.

- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,802.63 - Rs150,000.00 per month
