Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand PTN’s market presence, secure new business opportunities, and deepen relationships with key clients. This role is pivotal to PTN’s growth strategy, requiring a professional who can bridge sales, client management, and strategic partnerships in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities


  • Market Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new clients across industries
  • Expand PTN’s footprint in domestic and regional logistics markets.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with PTN’s growth strategy.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized logistics solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative service packaging (FTL, LTL, warehousing, car carriers).
  • Relationship Management
  • Build long-term partnerships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client negotiations and contract renewals.
  • Collaboration & Operations Alignment
  • Provide client feedback to optimize fleet utilization, route planning, and service quality.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives
  • Recommend service innovations to maintain PTN’s market leadership.
