Business Incubation Center Manager

To deliver high-quality instruction in business subjects, including Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, and related courses, while managing academic schedules and supporting teaching faculty to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, and other business-related subjects as assigned.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Assess student performance through assignments, projects, exams, and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and critical thinking.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in business education and incorporate them into teaching.
• Collaborate with academic colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
• Mentor and support students to help improve their academic performance and career readiness.
• Create and manage teaching schedules for business studies courses, ensuring balanced workload and timely delivery of classes.
• Coordinate and support other teaching faculty within the department, facilitating communication, resource sharing, and resolving academic-related issues.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum MBA degree from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience teaching Business Development, Business Communication, and Entrepreneurship is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
