Call Center Agent – Digital Services

Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Agent with expertise in digital services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telesales, or call center operations with a strong understanding of web services, SEO, and digital solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their business needs, and promote our digital service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls to promote and sell digital services (Web Development, SEO, and related solutions).
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate digital services to meet their goals.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist clients in understanding service processes, project timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Call Center Agent, Telesales Representative, or Customer Support Executive (preferably in IT/Digital Services).
  • Strong knowledge of web services, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Work Hours: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
  • Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
