Call Center Agent for Digital Services

We are looking for a experienced call center agent with experience in digital services. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience in customer support or telesales and a basic understanding of web services, SEO, and digital marketing. Good communication skills and the ability to promote our services are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to sell digital services (Web Development, SEO, etc.).
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up regularly.
• Handle objections and resolve issues professionally.
• Guide clients about processes and timelines.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in call center, telesales, or customer support (digital services preferred).
• Basic knowledge of web services, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

• Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
