We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, generating leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Generate and qualify leads through cold and warm calling
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Prior call center experience preferred (Fresh candidates may apply)
