Job Summary

Digi Sparo is seeking a motivated and target-driven Call Center Agent (Outbound) to join our team. The role primarily involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, promoting services, and maintaining high service standards.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Promote company products and services professionally
  • Explain service features and answer customer questions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
  • Meet daily and monthly sales or performance targets
  • Follow company policies and data protection guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Previous call center or sales experience is a plus
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (if required)
