Position Overview
We are seeking a Car Rental Coordinator to oversee and manage daily rental operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to coordinate between clients, fleet management, and internal teams. The Car Rental Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Yahala Rent Car LLC’s reputation for excellence in the car rental industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate car rental bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries.
• Liaise with clients to ensure timely vehicle delivery and return.
• Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, fleet usage, and customer communications.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns for rental services.
• Prepare reports on rental performance and recommend operational improvements.
• Assist in organizing fleet maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s transportation regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in car rental coordination, customer service, or fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of rental processes, customer service practices, and fleet operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and rental management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
