Position Summary:

The CCTV Manager will oversee the design, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of the CCTV and surveillance systems across all Unze Group facilities. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, security, and operational integrity of the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in security systems with leadership skills, strategic vision, and operational oversight.

  • Key Responsibilities:

1. CCTV & Surveillance Management

  • Develop, implement, and maintain CCTV strategies across all Unze Group facilities.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and upgrading of surveillance systems in retail stores, manufacturing plants, and hospitality outlets.
  • Ensure all CCTV systems are fully operational, compliant with local laws, and meet corporate standards.
  • Regularly audit CCTV systems to verify functionality, coverage, and compliance with security protocols.

2. Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, train, and manage the CCTV/security team to ensure round-the-clock monitoring and response capabilities.
  • Develop standard operating procedures SOPs for incident monitoring, reporting, and escalation.
  • Coordinate with security, HR, and operations teams to implement security policies and respond to incidents effectively.

3. Incident Response & Investigation

  • Monitor real-time surveillance to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, workplace hazards, and operational anomalies.
  • Conduct investigations using CCTV footage for internal audits, legal matters, or operational reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and system maintenance logs.

4. Technical Oversight & Compliance

  • Stay updated on advancements in surveillance technology and recommend upgrades as needed.
  • Ensure CCTV systems comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate security standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships for system procurement, installation, maintenance, and technical support.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular reports on security incidents, system performance, and operational recommendations to senior management.
  • Analyze surveillance trends to proactively mitigate security risks.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in CCTV and security management; experience in large conglomerates preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and access control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, system integration, and networked surveillance systems.
  • Proven leadership skills, including team management and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to surveillance and privacy.
