Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Channel Partner Relation Manager
with at least 2 years of working experience to join our Program Management team and help in the management of partner program. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and its partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives, revenue growth, and customer success.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as their main point of contact within the company.

Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business model, goals, and challenges to provide tailored program for each partner.

Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates, share best practices, and gather feedback to enhance the partnership experience.
Channel Development:

Identify and onboard new partners that align with LMKR’s strategic goals and target market segments.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to drive partner recruitment and engagement including but not limited to regional marketing campaigns, sales campaigns, marketing materials, brochures, white papers, events, and trainings.

Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Sales Enablement:

Provide training and resources to equip partners with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively sell our products or services.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on sales strategies, goals, and priorities.

Monitor partner performance and sales activities, providing support and guidance as needed to optimize results.
Program Management:

Develop and implement partner programs, incentives, and promotions to drive partner engagement and revenue growth. This includes developing a detailed partner program to include policy, processes, procedures, agreements, and forms.

Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Continuously evaluate and evolve the partner program to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product management, R&D, marketing, legal, corporate records, sales, and finance to support the needs of our partners and ensure alignment with company objectives

Act as an advocate for partners within the company, championing their needs and priorities to drive mutual success.
