A Channel Partnership Intern supports the development and management of strategic alliances to drive company growth, revenue, and market presence. Key responsibilities include researching potential partners, facilitating partner onboarding, analyzing partner performance metrics (KPIs), and aiding in co-marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Research & Outreach: Identifying prospective partners (fintech, e-commerce, resellers) and supporting outreach efforts, including emails and calls.
- Onboarding & Support: Assisting with the onboarding process, setting up partner accounts, and providing training/resources.
- Performance Analysis: Using CRM tools and dashboards to monitor partner performance, analyze revenue shares, and identify growth opportunities.
- Co-Marketing Initiatives: Coordinating joint marketing activities, such as webinars, newsletters, and campaigns to boost partner-led acquisition.
- Relationship Management: Building relationships with partners and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Product).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for partner engagement.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and preferably CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Independent worker, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
