Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in fine dining or high-volume kitchens.
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes with consistency, ensuring high standards of taste and appearance.
  • Inspect and manage ingredients to guarantee freshness and quality.
  • Design and execute menus.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and service coordination.
  • Mentor and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
