As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) , you will lead the organization's strategic direction, operational excellence, and overall business growth within the mobility and fleet management sector. This position requires a visionary leader with strong operational insight, financial acumen, and the ability to scale a complex, asset-heavy business model efficiently and sustainably. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, you will oversee senior leaders across multiple departments to ensure cohesive execution of business goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement growth strategies to strengthen market presence and competitiveness in mobility and fleet management
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal fleet utilization, performance, and uptime through efficient maintenance and logistics planning
  • Financial Ownership: Lead the company's P&L, driving profitability and sustainable financial outcomes
  • Business Development: Identify and secure partnerships with ride-hailing, logistics, and corporate sectors to expand market reach
  • Asset Optimization: Direct strategies for vehicle acquisition, financing, leasing, and lifecycle management to maximize ROI
  • Technology Integration: Promote digital transformation and use of analytics to improve fleet tracking, driver performance, and maintenance forecasting
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations align with transportation, safety, and environmental standards
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and empower senior leaders across functional domains—operations, finance, technology, and customer service—to drive performance and innovation
  • Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with investors, board members, and strategic partners to align goals and deliver measurable business impact
