Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will serve as the Marketing Head and lead all media operations at Source Code Academia. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, creative leadership, and hands-on execution across branding, media, content, and growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and long-term marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and manage all marketing, branding, media, and content operations
• Design and execute segment-based and lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Oversee TV, digital, and social media marketing using a strong media and influencer network
• Drive brand positioning, visibility, and audience growth at a national and global level
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and content teams to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with leadership to support business growth and expansion initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles
• Proven experience as a Marketing Head, Director of Marketing, or similar role
• Strong media, PR, and social network connections
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, branding, and content strategy expertise
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
