Chief of Staff to CEO

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO of a leading US based e-commerce company with 10+ years of proven success and a diverse portfolio of private-label brands across Amazon and other marketplaces.

This is a strategic and execution-driven role, not an administrative one. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—driving key initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and aligning teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CEO to prioritize initiatives and keep focus on high-impact goals.
• Lead and execute cross-functional projects that accelerate growth.
• Build systems and processes that bring structure, clarity, and accountability.
• Provide decision support through research, analysis, and actionable insights.
• Draft executive communications and represent the CEO when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted thought partner.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (required).
• 5+ years’ experience as Chief of Staff, Strategy Lead, or Operations Manager—ideally in a fast-growth or e-commerce environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with ClickUp/Asana, GSuite, Slack, and data dashboards.
• High ownership, low ego, and ability to thrive in dynamic settings.
• Available to work US Central Time (CT) hours.
