Technology Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company’s overall technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and implement technology platforms (POS, ERP, CRM, etc.) to support restaurant operations and scalability.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, advising on technology trends and innovations.
Digital Innovation & Transformation:
- Lead the digital transformation of customer experiences (e.g., mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, loyalty apps).
- Manage integrations with third-party delivery platforms.
- Oversee implementation of AI or data-driven tools for demand forecasting, menu engineering, and staffing.
Team Development & Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing tech team (developers, analysts, IT support).
- Establish agile workflows and best practices for software development and IT operations.
Cybersecurity & Infrastructure:
- Ensure secure and reliable infrastructure across all restaurant locations and corporate systems.
- Develop protocols for data privacy, PCI compliance, and disaster recovery.
Operational Support:
- Collaborate with operations teams to streamline kitchen systems, supply chain, and inventory technologies.
- Support franchise or multi-location growth with scalable tech solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within hospitality or restaurant sectors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Toast, Revel, Oracle Micros), restaurant ERP, and mobile ordering platforms.
- Experience with cloud computing, APIs, data analytics tools, and modern software development practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
