Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Quantity Surveying (Q&S), Project Management, and Estimations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution in coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk analysis, and propose cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in construction, project management, and estimation.
• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying (Q&S), BOQ preparation, and cost control.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,000-50,000 per month.
