Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising civil works, managing site activities, and ensuring projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Report daily progress to the site/project engineer.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum [5] years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
