Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team at The Purple Standard! In this role, you will serve as the central point of communication for multiple service brands under our umbrella, handling inbound calls, scheduling jobs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to job completion.
You will play a critical role in supporting daily operations, coordinating technicians, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient scheduling and clear communication. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions, providing prompt and professional support
- Manage inbound calls across multiple service lines with excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule service calls, estimates, and jobs using ServiceTitan
- Assist with sales processes by identifying client needs, explaining services, and supporting follow-up activities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on estimates, confirm appointments, and re-engage customers
- Enter and maintain accurate client data within CRM systems
- Coordinate job scheduling with technicians based on location, urgency, and scope of work
- Support client onboarding by verifying information and ensuring a smooth service experience
- Handle payments or assist with invoicing when necessary with accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with operators and team members to resolve issues quickly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, dispatching, or call center environments preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish speaking is a plus
- Experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling, sales support, or client services is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
- Experience handling payments or invoices is a plus
