Job Brief

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Service Executive - Warehouse for our newly formed joint venture DP World NLC Logistics. The role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data from source documents into designated systems, databases, and forms. It supports warehouse operations by ensuring all client-related and inventory-related data is properly captured and processed, enabling smooth order fulfilment, dispatch, and reporting.


Job Description

  • Accurately enter data from source documents into prescribed databases, systems, and forms.
  • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain and update records as needed.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Compile, sort, and organize paperwork before entering data.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups.
  • Follow data integrity and security policies.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all documentation as per company policy.
  • Communicate with supervisors or managers about data discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Verifying the receiving and shipment data and key Performance Indicators KPI’s daily.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure data matches physical movement of goods.
  • Conduct effective briefing of customer needs to operational staff
  • Ensuring accurate flow of information.
  • Analyze data concerning department operations and customer’s requirements.
  • 100% internal/external audit compliance and standard policy/SOP requirements.
  • 100% compliance to all applicable HSE instructions/policies and business ethics requirements defined in the code of conduct


Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with inventory, shipping, and warehouse documentation is an advantage.
