Job Title: Cold Caller - Business Technology Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients within targeted industries.
• Present company’s Business Technology Solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
• Consistently achieve monthly call and meeting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in scheduling meetings for sales teams (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP/IT solutions will be an advantage.

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Shift days: Mon -Fri
