International Sales Specialist – Global Markets

Shifts: Day & Night | Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 9, Karachi

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shifts: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Role Overview

As an International Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth across global markets. You will manage the full sales process—from prospecting to presenting solutions, qualifying leads, and scheduling business meetings—while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to international prospects using structured calling and communication strategies
• Present company services and clearly communicate value propositions to potential clients
• Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and schedule demos or meetings for senior sales teams
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
• Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and pipeline activity using CRM tools

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, professional, and results-driven.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in BPO, telemarketing, sales, or business development
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to international sales processes and targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)

• Base Salary: Starting from PKR 35,000 (based on experience and performance)
