Cold Caller/Support Executive (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
• Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Handle objections and rejections in a positive, professional manner.
• Provide prospects with product/service information as required.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine call strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
