Cold Calling Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of cold-calling agents to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Outbound Calling: Make targeted calls to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
• Training & Coaching: Support team members with sales scripts, objection handling, and communication skills.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (call volume, lead quality, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads for the sales team or close deals directly when possible.
• Feedback & Evaluations: Provide regular performance reviews and constructive feedback.
• CRM Management: Keep CRM and call-tracking systems updated with accurate data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about company products, services, and market trends.

Experience & Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of call center or outbound sales experience
• SEO or digital marketing campaign experience (preferred)
• Leadership or team management experience (a plus)
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Familiarity with CRM and call-tracking tools
• Proven skills in lead generation, cold calling, objection handling, and closing
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven

Perks & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 60,000/month
• Commission: 10% on closed deals
• Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore
• Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
