Content Manager (Real Estate)

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Manager to build, systemize, and manage content across all communication channels with clients.

This role is not just about writing posts, it’s about creating a structured, scalable content system that supports marketing, sales, and broker teams while strengthening brand positioning in the Dubai real estate market.

The ideal candidate understands marketing funnels, real estate buyer psychology, and knows how to turn product knowledge into persuasive communication.

Main Goal

Systemize and automate content production across all channels to create consistent, high-quality communication that drives leads, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Social Media Content

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Develop content briefs (TOR)
• Write video scripts
• Create post captions and descriptions
• Coordinate messaging consistency across platforms
• Work closely with SMM, designers, videographers, and photographers

2) Email Marketing

• Create content briefs (TOR)
• Develop full email sequences
• Write high-converting email copy
• Structure nurturing and sales campaigns aligned with marketing funnels

3) WhatsApp Campaigns

• Write message scripts
• Build automation flows
• Develop follow-up sequences
• Optimize communication tone for conversion

4) Advertising Content

• Develop video briefs
• Write advertising scripts
• Create promotional copy for paid campaigns
• Align messaging with target audience and campaign objectives

5) Broker Support

• Prepare brochures and presentation materials
• Ensure brokers have clear, persuasive, and consistent content

6) Team Structure

You will work within a marketing team that includes:

• Marketing Manager
• Graphic Designer
• Target Specialist
• SMM
• CRM Administrators
• Videographers
• Photographers

Requirements

• Mandatory: Experience in Dubai real estate market
• Strong product knowledge
• Strong copywriting skills (sales-driven, structured writing)
• Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey
• English level: B2 minimum
• Russian speaker preferred
• Real estate experience is a strong advantage
