Control Room Executive

Job Title: Customer Support Executive - CSR

Working Hours: 50 Hours Weekly

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore.

Salary: 80,000 PKR + KPI Allowance

Job Duties

  • Oversee UK operations from the Lahore control room (24x7 control room operations).
  • Respond to client queries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Schedule shifts for staff members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: A-Level or Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an international call center (preferably UK-based) in an operations role (sales experience will not be considered).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with a UK-based security company (mandatory).
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in both day and night shifts as part of a rotational schedule.

English Communication:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both speaking and writing)
  • Overall English proficiency should be at least 7/10. (please do not apply if your English communication is not good).
