We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator - Employee Welfare and Relations to join our Group HR team in the UAE.
Scope: Coordinator-Employee Welfare and Relations serves as a key operational support role, acting as a frontline resource for employees and Business Units (BUs) on day-to-day welfare and relations matters.
Financial:
- Ensures accurate and timely updates in Oracle related to disciplinary actions, resignations, and leaves, which directly impacts payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Supports cost-effective HR operations by resolving staff issues promptly, reducing potential escalations and legal risks.
Customer:
- Acts as the first point of contact for TG site staff, handling their queries in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner to ensure a positive employee experience.
Process:
- Responsible for addressing and resolving staff concerns and general queries, ensuring fair and consistent treatment in line with company policy and UAE Labor law.
- Manages and investigates accommodation-related incident reports (IRs), ensuring all relevant information is documented and communicated. Issues outcome letters to site staff as required.
- Ensure disciplinary actions are taken in accordance with company disciplinary policy and UAE labor law.
- Maintains up-to-date and accurate employee records in Oracle, including resignations, leaves and disciplinary action.
- Resolves staff queries raised through the employee service portal (ESP) within defined service level agreements (SLA).
- Escalates any issues that violate company policy or UAE labor law to the line manager immediately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee data and sensitive information at all times.

Continuously identifies and recommends improvements to existing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, staff satisfaction, and compliance.

- Solid experience in roles where a high volume of staff handling is involved.
- Word – Basic
- PowerPoint – Basic

- SharePoint – Basic
- Advanced English speaking and writing level.
- Ability to analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and the English language.
