Corporate Human Resources Manager

Must be available to work onsite in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with managers and frontline leaders to provide guidance on HR initiatives, employee development, and workforce planning.
  • Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees at all levels, ensuring balanced employee advocacy and business support.
  • Ensure that talent acquisition practices align with Martin Brower competencies and values.
  • Lead talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Design, deliver, and manage training programs in areas such as leadership, supervisory skills, and compliance.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, career development conversations, and team effectiveness
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travel – 5%
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
