Must be available to work onsite in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
Position Responsibilities:

Build strong partnerships with managers and frontline leaders to provide guidance on HR initiatives, employee development, and workforce planning.

Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees at all levels, ensuring balanced employee advocacy and business support.

Ensure that talent acquisition practices align with Martin Brower competencies and values.

Lead talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

Design, deliver, and manage training programs in areas such as leadership, supervisory skills, and compliance.

Coach leaders on performance management, career development conversations, and team effectiveness

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
