Job Overview:
Ledvance OSRAM is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Country Head to lead nationwide business operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, managing sales and operational functions, and building strong business partnerships while ensuring overall profitability. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute long-term business plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals and sustainable growth objectives
- Lead nationwide sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets
- Build, expand, and manage distribution networks, partners, and key client relationships
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support functions
- Ensure effective coordination across departments for successful strategy implementation
- Conduct high-level negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure long-term business opportunities
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare and present regular business performance reports to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong operational governance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- MBA or Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, operations, or leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and achieving growth targets
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and revenue expansion
