Job Title: Real Estate CRM Specialist / CRM Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Specialist/Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving collections, and enhancing client satisfaction through effective CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.Track, organize, and nurture leads from multiple channels including online portals, walk-ins, and broker/agent referrals.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and documentation comply with RERA regulations and guidelines. Manage collections and recovery processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of outstanding payments.
  • Draft customer-related documents, agreements, and maintain updated MIS reports. Conduct effective client interactions (in-person, phone, and email) to address queries and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Maintain and optimize usage of CRM software (preferably 4QT) for lead management and reporting. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth flow of information and customer updates.

Desired Candidate

  • ProfileMinimum 3+ years of experience in CRM roles within the real estate industry.
  • Proven expertise in collections, recovery, and customer handling. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools/software (4QT knowledge preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
