Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: College Road, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT)

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely manner
  • Identify customer issues, determine root causes, and provide effective solutions with proper follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and communication guidelines
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments when required
  • Recommend improvements to enhance customer service operations and processes
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic approach in all interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in customer service or client support is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
