We are looking for motivated and professional female candidates for the position of Call Center / Office Management Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling calls, assisting clients, and managing basic office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Guide clients and provide complete information about services
Manage WhatsApp messages and follow-ups with clients
Maintain daily records and office documentation
Assist with client appointments and scheduling
Coordinate with the team for smooth office operations
Maintain a friendly and professional communication with clients
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office
Ability to handle calls and client queries
Good organizational and time management skills
Professional and polite behavior
Experience Required
Fresh and experienced candidates can apply
Experience in call center or office management will be preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
