Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer queries, orders, and complaints via email, chat, and calls.

· Provide accurate product information and assist in purchase decisions.

· Manage order tracking, returns, and exchanges.

· Ensure timely issue resolution and follow-ups.

· Share customer feedback to improve service quality.

· Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of customer service experience (e-commerce/retail preferred).

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

· Proficient with CRM, chat, and email tools.

· Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
