  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to event inquiries, registrations, and feedback.
  • Provide accurate information about upcoming events, ticketing, schedules, and venue details.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a record of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the event management, sales, and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Support the logistics and registration process during live events or virtual sessions.
  • Assist with post-event surveys and feedback collection.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s service standards and brand tone.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
